KAUPPI KUJALA IS THE NEW COO OF LEDiL
Kauppi Kujala has been appointed as our new COO (Chief Operating Officer) effective as of 2nd of January 2019. Kauppi will help reinforce our position as the undisputed global market leader in LED optics by ensuring that supply meets demand with fast, reliable and scalable supply chain and manufacturing operations. Kauppi will be a member of LEDiL’s management team and will be based at our headquarters in Salo, Finland.
Kauppi has many years’ experience in supplier relationship management, global manufacturing, sourcing and logistics having worked with Nokia, ABB and Murata. We are confident that Kauppi, and his vast knowledge, will strengthen our dedicated team and help us reach our strategic operational goals.
“I am an organized planner and quality-oriented person who believes in looking at the big picture without forgetting the details”, says Kauppi. He encourages an analytic and learning mindset to stay focused and take the right actions. “I was immediately interested when I heard about the open position as COO at LEDiL as it is a rapidly growing company with enormous potential that offers a chance to make a significant impact. LEDiL is a front runner and the people here are enthusiastic about technology, just like me”, Kauppi continues.
