Inside Sales Coordinator - USA
We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to be part of the LEDiL, Inc. subsidiary in the Sycamore, IL, USA Office.
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting US and Canadian customers through excellent service. The main responsibilities will be to support customers and distributors with their new projects by sending product data, searching for product samples, helping with website use and product searches, identifying potential product fits, etc. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be the lead contact with some customers and will provide support to the Regional Sales Managers for all accounts through the region.
The Inside Sales Coordinator will work closely with LEDiL’s Technical Support team to get the customer technical assistance. Flexibility and willingness to embrace new tasks is also essential to the position as the company expands. The individual will need to be responsive, enthusiastic, organized, a self-starter and able to communicate well with customers and peers within LEDiL.
The key responsibilities will be:
- Respond timely and professionally to customer, distributor, and sales team inquiries regarding potential LEDiL products to use in their projects.
- Be a primary point of contact with smaller customers.
- Identify project opportunities from customer discussions and log them into Salesforce.
- Create quotes, tech support requests, and sample requests with Salesforce.
- Identify sample location at distributor or office stock, and fill order if from stock.
- Follow up on customer projects until completion.
- Work closely with RSMs on support for Key Accounts and Focus Accounts.
- Keep RSM informed of activity in the region with small OEMs.
- Speak with customers on phone or in Teams calls to present products and provide website overview.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

We appreciate following skills?
- Associates degree in business or related major (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer facing experience
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience within manufacturing B2B organization and Lighting industry a plus.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 25 pounds occasionally.
